International tire presentation
Nokian Tyres is a Finnish company and the world’s northernmost tyre manufacturer. It develops and manufactures high-quality tyres for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and light trucks. The company is particularly renowned for its innovative winter tyres and employs more than 4,600 people.
Since 2014, we have been designing and delivering tailor-made international themed product presentations for the client, focused on new passenger car tyres. To date, we have organised six B2B events in four EU countries (Italy, Austria, Slovakia and Portugal) for more than 800 participants in total. Guests included representatives from countries across Europe, with English serving as the main coordination language.
Primary Activities
- Selection of suitable locations and venues based on the client's request.
- Creating a content concept to produce an action item list, including the selection of local suppliers.
- Production and organization of events at the venue, negotiations with Czech and foreign subcontractors and their coordination according to the fixed and agreed upon timetable.
- Design and implementation of the multi-purpose online platform www.nokiantyresevents.com which helps familiarize guests with their company and products.
- Addressing participants, including managing their registration, assisting with sign-in and following-up with them at the end.
- Providing secure transportation of guests to the venue (air and ground transport).
- Providing rental, servicing and branding of cars designed to present the company’s brand while being driven around.
- Branding locations of all visited places and providing gift items for guests.
- Producing photo documentation including a short video documentary (www.nokiantyresevents.com) and emailing it to registered participants.
