Between 2018 and 2022, we conducted a series of internal communication and collaboration audits for the Moravian-Silesian Region, covering both the Regional Authority and its contributory organisations.

- Each audit included a questionnaire survey, a series of focus groups with target groups, communication of the results, and proposals for specific measures
