Česká spořitelna is the largest Czech bank according to the number of clients, which is approximately 4.7 million. It is part of the Erste Group operating in Central and Eastern Europe based in Vienna. It employs about 10,000 people.
Realization: February 2006 through December 2007
Active participation in the creation and implementation of the strategic program of Česká spořitelna - First Choice Bank.
- Creation of nearly 70 concrete projects fulfilling our goals.
- Implementing specific modifications in the corporate culture of the bank to help motivate employees and create conditions to help meet strategic goals.
- A system of workshops that has aided in the implementation of changes across the bank (six levels of management and more than 600 branches and venues).
- Establishment of an internal program of communication across the bank, targeted specifically for specific groups of employees and management.
